Service Authorization:
By entering into a Service Agreement with VAAS ENTERPRISES INC. authorizes PRO EXITS to send electronic and written correspondence in the Client's name (first-party disputes).
Dispute letters may be sent to case-related entities, including but not limited to - Timeshare Developer, Timeshare Homeowners Association (HOA), the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and other governmental regulatory agencies; or to any other entity deemed necessary by PRO EXITS in connection within the scope of Client's Service Agreement.
Additional Disclosures:
1. Client acknowledges PRO EXITS is not a law firm and is not acting in any such capacity.
2. Client understands information shared between PRO EXITS and Client is sensitive and under contractual obligation, for neither party to disclose.
3. Client understands PRO EXITS will file first-party dispute letters with designated timeshare entities on behalf of Client (Client will select timeshare developer during Onboarding).
4. Client acknowledges amending, changing, or otherwise editing Dispute Correspondence voids any Service Agreement warranties.
Client Rights:
1. Client may review correspondence before electronic filing or mail forwarding to the recipient.
2. Client is entitled to receive a copy of any and all dispute correspondence.
3. Client can obtain copies of all case-related documents via the Client Portal.
4. Client may request a different Case Manager at any time during the process.
